1992 Farewell to 7141 Sherbrooke St

Title

1992 Farewell to 7141 Sherbrooke St

Description

In the spring of 1992 Loyola began its farewell to the Junior Building of Loyola College, its home since 1916, where it had thrived and grown for seventy-six years. Every detail of the school’s interior and exterior Collegiate Gothic style architecture had been photographed, each class and the entire student body, faculty and staff had been photographed. It now was the Alumni’s turn to return for a final farewell. On May 23rd and 24th they gathered by the hundreds to bid one last, nostalgic farewell to the “Old School”, where they had studied, formed lifelong friendships, and had grown from boys to young men.
